Business Analyst Internship
Job Description:
- Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Document requirements using BRD, User Stories, and process flows
- Support the product team in defining scope, features, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure delivery meets requirements
- Participate in product demos, sprint planning, and review sessions
- Assist in creating mockups and wireframes for user interfaces
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Business, or related fields
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Docs
- Ability to create diagrams using Draw.io
- TOEIC 500+ or equivalent English proficiency is a plus
